The second phase of the Strategic Planning process involves forming a Strategic Planning Team composed of approximately 25 people from various groups within Revere: educators, administrators, school committee members, parents/caregivers, students, and community leaders.
There are three open slots available for parents, caregivers, and community members. While participants will be selected from various constituent groups representing varied perspectives, they need to be able to focus on common interests and not just special interests. It is important that each Strategic Planning Team member be willing to pursue consensus.
If you are interested and able to commit the time needed to make the Strategic Planning process a success, please click this quick Google Form to let us know. Since there is a limited number of places on the Strategic Planning Team, it may not be possible to accommodate everyone who volunteers.
Strategic Planning Team members will need to commit to the following meeting schedule:
- Planning Meeting 1 February 26, 2025, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
- Planning Meeting 2 March 4, 2025, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
- Planning Meeting 3 April 8, 2025, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
- Planning Meeting 4 April 30, 2025, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
- Planning Meeting 5 May 27, 2025, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
- Planning Meeting 6 June 10, 2025, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
