Administration

Mrs. Lomas couldn’t be more excited to serve as principal at the Hill School.  She is eager to get to know and support the students, teachers, and families of the Hill School Community.  Mrs. Lomas started her career as a first grade teacher in Fayetteville, NC.  Upon returning to Massachusetts she served as a Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at UP Academy Dorchester, and most recently supported the charter schools in the Commonwealth as a regional director for the Massachusetts Charter Public School Association.  She holds a bachelor of arts degree in Fine Arts from St. Michael’s College in Vermont, and a master of arts in elementary education from the University of Phoenix.  Mrs. Lomas is passionate about learning and hopes to inspire others to be lifelong learners themselves!

Mrs. Martel is our assistant principal here at the Hill Elementary School.  This is her 9th year at the Hill School.  Prior to this, she was a middle school math teacher and a math coach.  She has a B.S from Stonehill College, and a M.S. from Boston College.   She has her CAGS from Salem State and is Nationally Board Certified.  She is excited to continue her work with the Hill School students and families.

Assistant Principal

Ms. Potsidis is an assistant principal at the Hill School. Her 9 years of teaching experience at the Hill include teaching English Language Learners, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade. Ms. Holmes has a B.A. from the University of Connecticut, an M.ED from Boston University, and a CAGS from Salem State University. She is excited to continue working with the Hill community as part of the administrative team.

Administrative Assistant

Ms. Marcela is the administrative assistant here at the Hill Elementary School. She has been at the Hill School for 12 years. She has a background in Accounting and Administration and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She was born and raised in Mexico. She is so happy to assist the families of the Hill School.
